Progress Update 04/12

This week I’m executing my last updates from last week and now want to start moving into usability testing.

I went to a user testing/UX Research workshop this week at the Makerspace, led by a UX Researcher at Globant. It was really informative in terms of categorizing the research I’ve already done and deciding how to move forward. I also noticed that the part of this process I’ve been enjoying most so far has been research! Definitely something I’d like to explore more in the future, so I’m really glad I took the time to go to this workshop.

So far, I’ve done a survey and one-on-one interviews in order to understand my audience better and guide how I make my prototype.

I’d also like to make some quick data visualizations/graphics of my research in order to better present my findings and their results as justification for my final product.

With my high fidelity prototype, I’d like to do usability testing in order to observe how they navigate through the app as-is, potentially by observing them actually having the conversation if I’m able to.
