Final Documentation

Table Talk has been an absolute labor of love, and I’m so happy to have been able to present and share it with others!

Through Table Talk, I focused on:

• easy access to mental health resources
• conversation starters paired with resources to facilitate empathetic conversation
• a community platform to share resources and prompts
• reflection and goal setting in the long journey of mental health advocacy
• connecting and supporting families through difficult topics and experiences

Overall, we must continue to advocate for the needs of Asian American communities. My communities are as resilient as they are beautiful, and I aim to continue to support and speak up for them in my future work.
