Flight #134 was canceled due to bad weather.

Your June 22 flight from JFK to SFO was canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience, and you can quickly rebook at no additional cost by searching for a new flight.

Find new flight / Contact customer service

This exercise was definitely a lot tougher than I originally anticipated! My initial thought was to empathize with the customer and explain the situation further, but with the short character count and time sensitive situation, it became much more imperative to quickly give the customer next steps. I prioritized key information on rebooking a new flight while still providing information on why and when.
